Ok I have verified my account and wired in money from my bank , I traded my usd to btc and tried withdrawing to my external wallet but the transaction was kept pending , after several hours of interaction it was resulted that I should do another sort of verification due to the fact I used another device to login, I did the video verification affirming that I was the one who did the transaction and I have changed my password and logged every other device out. Sent in couple of screenshots from where it’s needed and the customer service said they would get back to me and it 3 days already without a single word from them despite me writing to them I find it very disrespectful and act of theft to swindle my funds . I think the cex.io company is a total scam. I tried again last night and still can’t withdraw.
