Worst support ever. They ask for AML/KYC for every single time you do a crypto Deposit? They take ages to reply. Their toll free number never works. Live support is just there to see it never functional. Email reply takes forever. This site is the worst site and I do not understand myself why im still on it when we have many other sites where support answers in seconds. I am tired of same thing over and over and over. I have 0.01+ BTC locked and i can not move it to my bank.And now they have suspended my account for nothing, we who used it we paid fees on everything even hidden fees on each cashout to bank. This place is big SCAM runned by scumbags. Burn in hell all with your dirty SCAM site.
