This company’s operating procedures feels fraudulent. After I already purchased crypto they blocked me from trading or withdrawing my funds. After months of zero understanding, they finally said I need to send a selfie of myself with passport. I did that over a month ago and they just keep making excuses of why it’s not an acceptable photo. They have held my money against my will since January. So for almost 5 months.
