Got lucky with my first purchase, but the second time around I basically got scammed. Received a Key not for the specified region and had to open up a Support Ticket after trying to reach the telefonnumber without any luck. Support told me per email they would get back within 72 hours, and didnt. After emailing again, they said they would NOW start investigating if I’m eligible for a refund and it would take a week. You would imagine a company claiming 24/7 support on their website would have resolved this in a matter of an hour or two.
