I bought Resident 4 remake as an pre-order and they did not give me the pre-order bonus key. They gave me a simple key and my bonus content is missing. All they can say is “the bonus content is not stated on their website”. Yes, I know it not stated but Capcom also advertised that everyone who bought pre-order game will get a bonus content. As a merchant seller, customer must get any of promotion that come from Official, right ?
