The company is clearly only concerned about how much money they can generate, not customer service. Despite the fact you think you are signing up for a one, two or three month term, they actually enroll you into a ongoing subscription without your consent. It is then up to you to figure this out and cancel your membership before it automatically renews. Unfortunately, I did not realize this until my credit card was charged and when I reached out to them they told me their fees are nonrefundable. What a scam.
