I have had a very negative experience dealing with this company and have come to suspect that their entire operation is fraudulent. I’ve been locked out of my account for a number of weeks, and to make matters worse, their customer support has been completely unresponsive to my concerns. When I attempted to find other ways to contact them, I discovered they didn’t have any. Even more concerning, I found out that they falsely claimed licensing from the FCA. Despite other users experiencing losses with Cash FX, I have decided to move on from the situation and have since switched to Asllc, a platform I have used to successfully withdraw funds and who have shown their commitment to customer welfare. I plan on continuing to work with them in the foreseeable future.
