CashFx, along with EverFx are just 2 of 470 trading names used by a Nassau based shell Company which traded as ICC Incertus Capital Ltd until becoming Axiance Ltd and now M4Markets. These Companies were never Forex traders and have only ever been scammers To-date, Eurojust and Interpol estimate that the group have scammed over 200,000 victims out of more than €2 billion. On 8th and 9th November 2022, 5 of their main team were arrested and more than 15 of their call centres were closed down across Eastern Europe On 14th December 2022 their team leader responsible for scamming Spanish victims was arrested in Barcelona. Further arrests have followed.
