They’re basically a scam. They roped me in to paying for a background check that only employees do because i couldn’t figure out how to switch to employer from an old account i didn’t even realize i had. But ok i signed up for the premium account anyway to try and find a nanny. after 2 payments I cancelled my account. It looked a bit odd, so i googled how to cancel the care.com account and double checked everything. And still i got charged again! They say the cancellation didn’t go through but how was i supposed to know that?! They won’t refund me either even though it’s the start of a billing cycle and i have had no activity on my account for 2-3 weeks.
