Edited 8.25.23: The company replaced three of the opened sunblocks, although I had asked for a refund. When I checked the batch numbers on two of them they were over three years old. I contacted the manufacturer of the third bottle to find out how old it is. Would really not recommend purchasing from this company. What a scam.I ordered several bottles of sunblock for my family and they arrived quickly. The order came in two boxes, an outer one which was undamaged, and a smaller inner box which held the products. Upon opening the smaller box I noticed a hole on the exterior and a huge amount of product spilled inside. Two of the bottles of sunscreen were completely open (there had been no seal on the lid to keep them from spilling), and a second bottle had a crack which caused leakage. I was disturbed by the open and unsealed bottles and checked their batch number – they were over three years old. The batch numbers on the products for my toddler son were smudged, so I can’t check, but I’m concerned they are old and won’t adequately protect him. I reached out to the company for a refund (at this point I don’t feel they are trustworthy and wouldn’t accept replacement products), but have yet to hear back.
