Would give zero stars if I could. I have approached 58 families in 2-3 weeks and have not even one reply. Not even a polite, no thank you we found someone else. This website is not offering any service whatsoever and charging us just to waste our time. Based on other reviews I am reading here, I am expecting that I will continue to be charged eventhough I already cancelled my subscription. I tried to ask for a refund, but there is absolutely no way to contact them. I have spent hours trying to find a contact lead, but there is none. Only dead ends. I assume this is intentional, because if your customers can’t reach you, you can’t be held accountable. This company is operating on high level professional scamming. Don’t fall for it.
