If I could give no stars I would. I never leave reviews but hope to prevent others having the same poor experience. I was completely desperate. I needed a cater quickly. I thought I had been careful and only taken out 1 month, however some how they managed to set up a monthly subscription, which I did not authorise. I did not realise this until I got a message saying I was being charged fir the second month. As soon as I was aware of this I got in touch and said that I wanted to cancel as I had not been able find carers. They basically said tough luck it’s in our terms and conditions. Not only was this response extremely poor the other reason I would never use this site is because it promises you a wide variety of carers where in actual fact I had one response several weeks after submitting for carers, which told me they were not available for a few months. This site is a total waste of time and money and basically a scam. Please don’t get drawn in no matter how desperate you are. They will not be able to help and will take your money. How they get away with such poor customer service is beyond me. Hopefully this review will help other being drawn into such a scam!!! Do not give them your hard earned money!
