DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!!!I subscribed their Premium for a month because there is a promotional fee. But I did not realize that I will be continuously charged without any notification for the consecutive months. I have been robbed for more than $1000!!!! I made this complaint to the customer agent. All I got are the similar messages just like those shown below.Also, they encourage you to subscribe Premium to get more information and help. But actually that does not make any difference.If there is zero star choice, I would choose that instead of right now one star.I wish I would have seen the reviews three years ago for this bad company. I realized that I am not the only one. There are so many similar cases!!!My New Year’s wish is that someone will file a lawsuit against this company for this auto-renew scam.
