The way the website is run seems fraudulent: users are lured in with “messages” from possible matches, which turns out are automated messages send by Care.com itself. Then users get the option to choose how long they want to pay for, but after a months this is silently extended without any warning whatsoever. These warnings are common practise and obligatory to my understanding.Further the amount inned is higher than the amount for the first month and inned by another company, making it harder to recognise. No bill or other notification is given.
