Care.com is a complete joke! For one, I signed up for the monthly membership to see how it went, they charged me the yearly subscription and when I went through complete hoops to get a refund for the 11 months I didn’t sign up for I was told that a supervisor will contact me because they do not give refunds. I had 7 candidates apply, only 2 messaged back. One of them seemed very nice but had very limited hours of availability, the second one I asked to meet her before leaving her with my two very young children and she asked why, then didn’t respond. It is a complete scam!! Do not waste your time or money!!
