I would leave a ZERO star review if possible. Do Not create an account on care.com, they will charge you $155 without notifing you and offer $0 refund. There is also no 1800 number which should’ve been a red flag. The only way to contact the members are through online chat and email. This website and service is a scam. The sitters I found on this website were less than hiring quality.
