Absolute scam as far as I’m concerned. I paid for the subscription and sent a full 20+ requests to find a housekeeper, and I offered a high pay-rate. It was a super-simple request. I got two responses, both from people who didn’t even read the request and couldn’t come on the day I needed them too. It was a recurring, weekly job as well, so a good opportunity for someone to make some money. As far as I can tell, either all these profiles are bogus, or all of the people on the site are inactive. The Care.com iOS app and their website are also a mess…Slow, poor UI/UX, and buggy; my guess is they used cheap, overseas labor to code the thing. Cancelling the subscription is a nightmare as well.
