If I could give Care.com 0stars I would. This company is a scam. They make you sign up for their Premium services so you can actually communicate with people and then they auto renew your subscription without clearly letting the consumer know this is the case. Then they refuse to give a refund because they state its in their terms and conditions. They trick vulnerable people trying to find caregivers into gouging them out of money. It’s completely unacceptable. Do not sign up for this service.
