    This company reversed a charge that was made for the criminal background check feature. I did not ask for anything more. Without my permission or request, they downgraded my premium account to a basic membership. Today is 08/21/2023. On 6/28/2023, I purchased a 12 MONTH ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION FOR $155.40. WHY WAS MY PREMIUM MEMBERSHP DOWNGRADED WITHOUT MY REQUEST. IF THEY ARE DOWNGRADING ME FOR NO REASON AND WITHOUT MY REQUEST, THEN THEY NEED TO REFUND MY MONEY. I WILL ESCALATE THIS AND REPORT TO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL FOR UNFAIR BUSINESS PRACTICE AND THE BBB. MOREOEVER, IT BECOMES INTERNET FRAUD WHEN YOU PAY FOR SOMETHING AND THEY DON’T DELIVER WHAT YOU PAID FOR…. IT’S BEEN JUST ABOUT TWO MONTHS AND THEY OWE ME FOR 10 MONTHS OR REINSTATE THE MEMBERSHIP TO WHAT IT WAS, THE PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP.
