Do NOT sign up for their premium account. When I was CREATING my account, I signed up for the premium version. Upon charging my card they immediately flagged my account- despite having no reason to do so. They did not inform me why- allow me to submit a claim, or allow me to email/chat/speak to anyone. So basically they stole my money and never even let me finish creating my profile- without giving me any reason or way to appeal their decision. I have a clean background and extensive history working with children- so there is absolutely no reason for me to be denied access. This company is a SCAM! DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY. They make it IMPOSSIBLE to contact anyone and resolve issues. They don’t even provide an email address or phone number.
