Care.com is a complete scam!!! I, along with lots of people I see here paid for the 1-month membership, to find that 3-months later the $50 I paid, automatically renewed each month! Now I’m $150 poorer for the sole frustration and knowledge I’ve been had. The site itself is essentially useless, no caregivers ever respond. And they conveniently don’t send you any billing notifications. This site should be ILLEGAL.
