I have paid for a premium membership and sent the reciept to them several times however my membership ramains at the basic level. I have tried calling, leaving messages, emailing…. it is a fraudulent buisness. I think perhaps wire fraud for selling a service that it does not provide. Taking money over the wire for fraud… seems like this keeps happening. Lets get together! Class action!
