They’re a scam. They find ways to make it hard to downgrade membership, cancel or get any clarification about refunds. They absolutely refuse to refund after they make you jump through 50,000 hoops. And then they’ll condescend you, like down below and say you didn’t read the terms and services right. If you have to do all that to get proper service, it’s a scam. You’re better off finding care workers through other means. The people who answer the phones are incompetent and they are robbing millions from people off hidden fees, renewals and gotchas while trying to pretend to give a care about you. They don’t. It’s all a money grab. Don’t recommend.
