This website has been a joke. My profile photo didnt get accepted. It was a completely appropriate photo. You have to make a new profile for the different areas. I paid for a background check which is not showing up. I cant email or call the company unless I UPGRADE which is so stupid. After paying for the background check I still cant email people for a job. When I tried to call care.com to find out if I paid the wrong care.com, it says you can only email them if YOU UPGRADE your account. So there is no support from this site, they scam for everything they do and just keep asking for more money. I saw this happening to people on the reviews of the ap but I didnt think it was going to be an issue online. SUPER upset. cant email or get emails unless you pay, cant get support unless you pay, paid for background check and they said i didnt.
