Bought 2 (fairly expensive) items after Capital One Shopping promoted substantial discounts – around 3 – 4 months ago. Have yet to see ANY credit / rewards applied – and this is after calling them BEFORE making the second purchase with the hope of not doing anything “wrong” in the buying process. (They ASSURED me during that phone call that I should “Be Patient – sometimes credits take a while to show up.”) At this point in time, the program seems much more like a Scam than otherwise.
