This company is a complete SCAM! Avoid at all costs tried cancelling my membership May 2022 and would not respond to any email at all, had no choice but to cancel payments through PayPal. Now November 2022 6 months after still having no contact whatsoever from C-Date I get an out of the blue email from a so called debt collectors called E-collect claiming I owe £186! Of course I won’t be paying and I’ve also reported this company to Action Fraud police!Edit 11/11/2022 8 emails sent to 4 different email addresses of C-date including your service email, sent over 4 working days ago and still no reply! How can anyone cancel there account when you simply won’t reply!
