Scammed, I reached out to the customer service team via email and followed the process to have my subscription cancelled and account deleted. I have not heard anything back just got an auto generated email with a ticket. Ticket#2023090710041115I have also reached out to the other email address. I would appreciate a prompt response on this matter.
