This is the biggest scam in history, I cannot believe that the UK government does not do more to help its citizens from being scammed, I am considering going to my MP due to level of this scam.1 – You take out a trial membership, you notice that nobody replies to you. EVER 2 – You cancel your account down via PayPal and there own website, which is ridiculously hard.3 – After some time you receive a email & letter from ecollect for €250, you send them the cancellation details, they still threaten you. DID YOU TAKE A PICTURE OF YOUR CANCELLATION?4 – You now get threatening letters & email from solicitors: Themys & Dyke Rechtsanwälte GbR, if I don’t pay over €304 I’m getting a debt recovery against me. The stress this has put me under is immense.Reply :- There wouldn’t be any debt if you did your jobs right and cancelled accounts down properly. I have supplied dates of registry and cancelled account within the trial period.
