As everyone as pointed out already this company is a SCAM SCAM SCAM! Hence why they are registered in Luxembourg and have been able to run this crap without any repercussions. Absolute fraudsters from the pictures and profiles they create themselves. There is literally a section on the website giving credits to places where they stole their images from.The cancellation thing is insane. I emailed them immediately after making the account and asked to cancel. Then they want you to fill a form and all this stuff to cancel which is all part of their plan. What company need you to sign forms to cancel in the 21st century ?FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD, everyone should report this to Luxembourg GUichet.Lu so they get investigated and shut down
