One star is far too generous, there should be an option for no stars regarding this company!I stupidly downloaded the c-date app and setup a profile and then opted for the one month membership. Thoroughly p*ssed off to see that they had charged me for 6 months. I have tried multiple times to contact their “customer services” (what a joke) to resolve, however I have never received a response from them.I decided in the end to just give it a go and see if I could meet someone, funnily enough every single profile that I messaged to, the following day the profile had been deleted!.. ummmm, interesting.I finally realised this website was a scam when I came across three separate profles with the exact same profile photo.I have sent multiple fax’s to their specified number requesting my membership be cancelled and to acknowledge via email, I’ve never received any response back. I finally filled out their cancellation form, (which doesn’t print out properly), and sent it to their specified address via recorded delivery just incase they try and send debt collectors after me, which after reading other reviews seems like their normal tactic. Stay well clear of this company / website its a blatant scam.
