I used the app for about a week and then deleted it. Now I have been sent an email from a debt collector saying I owed €133.00 which I find to be ludicrous cause I been charged for a service I don’t used. Surely they can see who is using the app and who isn’t. I contacted customer service about the email but didn’t get any response. I don’t really know if this is how they go about scamming people but I find it to be ludicrous to be charged for a service I don’t use.
