They took an extra months subscription at a premium cost of £109 after I mailed them three times. They responded saying they required a fax which would provide no proof of receipt & didn’t work anyway.I failed to notice the premium amount in my statement but the following month my bank refused their attempt as THEY flagged them as fraud. I again contacted them and have since received many letters from various collection companies with loads of additions for their services and time. Having read these reviews I’m just ignoring these as I would rather have my day in court as I doubt anything is enforceable in the UK. Additionally I can prove the matches they proposed were failed & they use robotic means to respond to messages pretending to be suitors. Lots of matches at end of subscription. AVOID THEY ARE SCAMMING YOU!!! I doubt these facts would sit well in a public trial
