They are a complete disgrace. Booked a flight with Flybe who unfortunately went into administration. Paid the money to Booking.com who refuse to refund our money. Been passed from person to person with no continuity. Had our money since January. Do not use as happy to take your money but not to refund it when it is due. Complete fraudsters.
