Absolute scam company, they owe my 195 pounds that has been taken from my account for a “membership” I signed up to. The customer services say there is nothing they can do but obviously it is within their power to give a refund if someone has been charged for something they didn’t order. No where in the order did it say anything about 15 pounds a month. The best I will get back is the generic reply I’ve read over and over on this site with other people who have experienced the same problem. I am making a complaint to the insolvency service as this website is a complete scam, and I’d urge you to do the same.
