I have only been with them for a short time but when I phone I either get cut off or passed from pillar to post. Something needs to be done. I wanted to cancel after the first month but bmd said you have to phone 02 to cancel 02 say you have to phone bmd. This is not the way to do business. I can’t believe that 02 still doing business with them. I had to just copy the past review left from the previous reviewer because that is exactly my review. They are the worst company I have ever had to deal with and never got any result from them they are a total scam I cannot believe they are a business
