I have used Bunq for a few years, but have now decided to close the account due to horrible customer service, no way to talk to anyone, a buggy app, and most importantly- one of my digital cards was hacked and 700 euros was taken from my account. It was a charge for a gas station in the United States, an obvious fraud. Bunq was useless in helping me deal with the issue and refused to refund the money. BEWARE OF BUNQ.
