DO NOT RENT WITH BUNGALOW! This is a massive scam. They do not do a quality background check on possible residents. The customer support staff is not knowledgeable of policies or helpful and that’s IF you can get someone to respond – which is almost impossible. I have also experienced Bungalow offering gifts and reward for leaving positive reviews online, which is against BBB practices.Currently, they have homes all over Dallas, even though they are only a licensed broker in Harris and Tarrant County. They advertise that they are a private community of young professionals. In their shared homes, they advertise that you’re allowed to set your roommate preferences and pick out your roommates but once you are moved in, they take that privilege away and force you to live with strangers that you have never met or talked to you before. The first time they did this to me, the person that moved in with a mentally unstable drug user that had to be forcefully removed from the home. I am stuck in a lease. I am a single female, and now Bungalow is moving into older men into my house that I have never talked to or met and it terrifies me Bungalow is not sympathetic, they do not care about tenant safety, and any complaints or concerns that my roommates and I have expressed they have ignored.I just hope that this review can help someone else. DO NOT RENT WITH BUNGALOW!!!!
