Absolutely terrible. Booked a flight and tried to cancel for free within the 24 hour period to avoid airline fee. Their chat bot agents are useless, and we’re unable to answer any questions or cancel within the 24 period. Even if it’s their fault, the customer pays. Super difficult to get in contact with customer service and when you do, they all say different things, dodge questions and you email a different person each time. An absolute scam of a business. Don’t book from them ever.
