An absolute scam! Their website provides info on cancelling tickets and even a refund calculator, which will give you the amount you can expect. However, after you cancel, they will tell you the ticket was non-refundable. I lost over $6,000 with them! There is a reason their rating here is less than 2 stars! I wish I had read these reviews first! Customer service is beyond horrible with rude employees who simply don’t care. Horrible company!
