AVOID AVOID AVOID budgetair no matter you find how cheap the flight tickets.This is a low efficient and scam company .Bought two ways tickets to China from Malaysia. However, the ticket to China was cancelled without any further actions /procedures undertake by budgetair (didn’t mention anything about refund /rescheduling at all) until I want to check-in the day before my flight. I immediately ask customer servicesThen, customer services replied both way tickets was cancelled and will proceed for refund process.wth???? If I didn’t ask , they won’t do anything until we approach them. End up, we pay more money to purchase flight ticket at the very last minutes.
