I have to blocklist BudgetAir (affiliated to Travix) on my list and never ever to recommend this travel agency if you wanted peace of mind and worry-free flight and bookings. They are SCAMMING people and not able to refund the amount you paid for for the last minute flight change caused by airlines!!! Such a huge inconvenience from my side and when following up for refund they steal your money. Its almost 4 months now and I am yet to receive the full refund which airlines already confirmed they granted the full refund already and yet BudgetAir refuse to give it back! I strongly advise to avoid BudgetAir at all cost!
