I just came back to change my review from the best to worst experience! I can’t check in for my flight on the official site because “the booking is not found”. Sounds like a scam? I’m afraid so! I have also tried to contact BudgetAir costumers support but it navigates you to the chatbot which is not helpful at all, since it answered me to go to the air company page. I was fooled and feel like an idiot…
