Until now, they did not process my refund. And they provided a false details about it. The reference number wasn’t available and can’t be found by my bank. Okay, here’s what happened, I searched for cheap flight and budgetAir offered the cheapest flight, so I booked it, then afterwards they emailed me saying that they cannot complete the booking because there was an additional fee but I can no longer afford it. So I cancelled the it, then I emailed them about the refund and it took days for them to respond. So they are really a scam.
