Absolute scammers, I paid extra for a 3 to 5 day delivery at Christmas. The ball didn’t arrive, it wasn’t being shipped from the UK it was being shipped from China!!!! I told them I wasn’t going to accept it as Christmas had long since passed however they promised me a 50% refund to keep the ball to which I agreed. They then didn’t process any refund, told me my request had now gone to the “higher ups” ( it wasn’t a request, they offered me a refund!) and now my emails are bouncing back! Do not buy from these people, trading standards are aware of them, suggest claiming against them via the bank. Many emails, stupid answers & much annoyance…DO NOT BUY!
