This is useless app . It’s nothing but credit monitor. I paid $99 dollars for membership and hoped it would so something to help building my credit but wait for over a month and tried to contact customer service but got answered by bot . No email , nothing. I finally cancel the membership but they will not refund the money. Waist my $99 . This is to me a scam . Stay away.Update : After I received the reply from Bright Money on Trustpilot , I emailed them to the email address they provided and waited . After 2 days I received email from them . Guess what , it’s a blank email . Totally scam artist. So shady .
