I was charged $88.92 for a membership and was told via email that my refund request was successfully submitted and to allow 3-4 business days to receive it (that email was dated March 9th) Today is 3/20 and the refund has not been created back to my account. Of course you can not get anyone by phone, therefore I sent message and received a reply that the refund was was sent 3/14. Now I am waiting another 24 hours to receive an email supposedly . DO NOT USE THIS APP – NOTHING BUT A SCAM
