Brightmoney

    I thought this would be a great way to increase my credit, however, it has been a mess since it started. First, they charged me a membership fee I wasn’t aware of. Next, after speaking with someone in customer service I was told I’d receive a refund. This was at the end of January… it’s now March and I still have NOTHING! To start, I was never told the “refund” would be to my Bright account, NOT my bank that they withdrew the payment from. Once I realized that on my own, I attempted to “withdraw” the money, and nothing I do works. It tells me that it’s “failed” and to “contact customer support”. I have been contacting them since January and again, I’m still without my money. This is ridiculous and leading me to believe it’s a BIG SCAM!
