This agency is most definitely a scam. I was so excited to find such a great deal on these airline tickets, but when I tried to cancel due to an emergency, I could not get in contact with them. The voicemail directs you to their site, however their site is faulty. It does not accept cancellations. I was stuck with the bill for 3K, which ruined my credit. It’s been months later, I’m still trying to find a solution. BE CAREFUL!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM INTERNATIOANL AGENCY.
