Disgusting, I would never use Bravofly. I strongly recommend you NOT to use it. I booked a roundtrip flight for three passengers from Pittsburgh to Myrtle Beach. Everything went well from Pittsburgh to Myrtle Beach but when we were ready to leave to Pittsburgh Allegiant told me that Bravofly took us out from our flight, bravofly never reach out to me nor send me a notification that they took us from the flight. When I called they hangup on me twice and they were rude over the phone telling me that Allegiant had the issue not them. In reality it was their fault and I had to pay $350 extra to flight home. I tried to reach multiple times and no answer, at this point they keep blaming Allegiant from their action and they don’t want to pay me back the money I had to spend because of them. DONT USE BRAVOFLY SAVE YOURSELF FROM A SCAM.
