I had a credit card fraud through their website. I had browsed through some of their airfares a couple of weeks before the fraud and subscribed to their alerts. The next thing I know, I saw my credit card had been compromised and there was a large amount charged on my card from Bravofly that I wasn’t aware of. I contacted their customer service via email but they refused to issue a refund. I have filed a chargeback through my bank. Beware of even clicking on their ads or website, this company is a scam.
